About Juliet Reeves
After receiving an A for A level of Sculpture and 3D design from Bromley High School GDST, I attended Ravensbourne College of Art and design and graduated with a Merit at diploma level. Persuing further education i then continued to Solent University where i studied photography and graduated in 2007 with a 2:1.
Whilst working my way up the corporate ladder at a photographical Studio and becoming the Regional Manager fro the South, I continued with my passion of making and design ceramic forms as a hobby. When the large company I worked for folded due to the economical recession, I decided to return to basics and do what I always wanted - open my own ceramics studio, where i could design, make and sell my goods.Using the valuable commercial experience i had gained as well as a small redundancy fund, i started my journey towards building a dream.
Juliet Reeves Designs is now a limited company that employs several full time staff members as well as some part time and we have seen success through Notonthehighstreet.com, Etsy.com, Folksy.com and of course now through www.ceramic-gifts.com.
I am a huge ambassador of the ‘handmade movement’ and will always help promote friends and fellow makers as well as encouraging everyone i meet to buy handmade.
I would love to meet you and you can meet meet me at numerous fairs up and down the country including: Hassocks Pop up Vintage fair, Open day at The Mac Farm, Ditchling, East Sussex, Spring Craft and Garden show at Kingston Lacy, Dorset and Winchester Christmas Market.
